Another day. Another Speech. Barack gave his State of the Union address last Tuesday. There was nothing special about this speech. It was a rehash of all of his past speeches for the past three years. Once again, Obama asked for more federal programs, created more federal agencies, more federal spending, more federal regulations, demanded that the States go along with his proposals, and demanded that Congress pass certain pieces of legislation. Once again, Obama demanded that the government play an active role in the development of clean energy, something that is best left to private enterprise. Once again, Obama participated in class warfare as he pitted the rich and poor against each with the tired mantra of the rich needing to “pay their fair share”. Once again, Obama blamed Wall Street for the housing collapse when a bulk of the blame rests with Congress and the Federal government.

Obama’s State of the Union was full of meaningless fluff, but held little in specifics. He spreads the lie that he saved the economy and created jobs, while many Americans wonder if they can get through on the next paycheck as prices on gas and consumer goods continue to rise. Obama takes the credit for bringing change to the Middle East. Though he neglects to mention that the Middle East is being overrun by radical Islamists who have little love for freedom or for Americans. He wants to hand out free education, forgetting that someone bears the cost, and he wants to make illegals legal.

Obama talks about American values, but he does not know what our values are. Barack Obama believes in a society where everyone earns the same, has the same amount of goods, works the same kind of job, has the same opportunities. Barack Obama believes in the imaginary world of where everything is fair. However, he doesn’t believe that he should be held back from his special opportunities.

Obama praised the military, but neglected to mention his cuts in the defense budget.

Obama made a lot of Demands of Congress, the States, and the people. He did this while feeding his ego.

But there is a portion of this speech that concerns me and should concern every American. Here Obama states:

“Some of what’s broken has to do with the way Congress does its business these days. A simple majority is no longer enough to get anything - even routine business - passed through the Senate. Neither party has been blameless in these tactics. Now both parties should put an end to it. For starters, I ask the Senate to pass a rule that all judicial and public service nominations receive a simple up or down vote within 90 days.

The executive branch also needs to change. Too often, it’s inefficient, outdated and remote. That’s why I’ve asked this Congress to grant me the authority to consolidate the federal bureaucracy so that our Government is leaner, quicker, and more responsive to the needs of the American people.”

Barack Obama is violating the Constitution by even making this request. He is unilaterally changing the law of this land. The way the Senate votes is laid down in Article One of the Constitution and cannot be changed unless both Houses of Congress choose to amend it. For Obama to ask the Senate to change the way it votes is disturbing. No president has done this before. No president should do this. The President and Congress belong to two different branches of government.

What is equally disturbing is Obama’s request for special powers that will allow him to unilaterally change the Executive Branch and the Federal Government. This is not only unconstitutional, but it is wrong. Nowhere does the Constitution allow the granting of special powers to the President. Such a measure puts too much power in the hands of the President, in the hands of one person.

If Obama was granted this request, how long would he have this special authority? Would he give it up? This is dangerous ground and everyone should keep a careful eye on the Executive Branch, especially Barak Obama. To even consider granting one man all this power is hazardous territory.

This is a path we as Americans must not tread. It will only lead to our destruction. Such measures are how people like Adolf Hitler came about. This is how dictators get their authority. They do not always take it by force. Why, when people willingly give it to them? This is the first step to turning the presidency into a dictatorship. Do not grant the President emergency authority. Doing so will sign the death certificate of American liberty.

Can we afford 4 more years of Barack Obama and his socialist policies? No we cannot. I know there are those who refuse to call Obama for what he is. But think about it; no president since F.D.R. has actively bloated the government, sought the destruction of the United States, and seized power.

Since being elected president Obama has:

All of these czars are not approved by the Senate and answer only to Obama. They are also all far left ideologues who think the United States needs to be turned in to Soviet Russia.

· Has used the NLRB to tell companies such as Boeing where they may build a manufacturing plant.

· Has issued many recess appointments to get his people in power when the Senate refused to approve of the appointments.

· Caused the economy to stagnant as unemployment remains high. Though the government officially claims the unemployment rate to now be 8.6%, it is really closer to 11.5% since many who are unemployed are not included in the statistics. If Obama loses the 2012 election, do not be surprised if the official unemployment rate, as decreed by the government, jumps.

· Increased the national deficit to over15 trillion dollars.

· Made friends with our enemies while snubbing our allies. Obama loves to pal around with Hugo Chavez and placate Islamic radicals while he insults Israel which has always been an ally to the United States.

· Has managed to turn the presidency into a joke with his weekly concerts at the White House, games of golf, and constant vacationing. While he and his wife live like royalty and tour the world, many Americans are struggling just to make ends meet.

· Increase the cost of living. The government says there has been no increase in the cost of living. If that is so, then why is it gas prices and the price of groceries and all consumer goods skyrocketed?

· Has made the federal government the only issuer of student loans. Before Obamacare passed, student loans were between the lender and the borrower and you could acquire one from any bank or financial institution. Now only the federal government can issue student loans, which means that students must now apply to the federal government for financial help.

· Has let the Middle East go to hell as he threw our ally Mubarak under the bus, allowing a bunch of Muslim radicals to oust him. Obama has also managed to allow the same radicals to take over Libya since he enabled the Libyan rebels to kill Qadaffi. Obama has allowed democracy to fail in the Middle East as radical Islamists, led by the Muslim brotherhood take over every country that had an “Arab Spring”. When the people of Iran tried to protest Ahmadinejad, Obama ignored them. He remained silent as Ahmadinejad murdered his own people.

· Shrank our military with constant cuts in the defense budget. This just weakens the United States and paints a huge target on us for our enemies.

Is this the sort of man we want to remain as our president? As Obama seizes more power and blatantly violates our Constitution, America grows weaker. Each day we come closer to being in a fascist country where one man dictates everything. Barack Obama is a tyrant and a dictator. The senate has just cause to impeach the man, but refuse to do it. Many Republicans are too scared to stand against Obama.

In 2008, Americans wanted Barack Hussein Obama to be the 44th president of the United States. What we got was a statist who has abused his power, violated his oath of office, and used every opportunity to take control of the country. America is best rid of him. This November you have a choice: Obama’s promise of slavery, or American Liberty.

Yesterday, Barack Obama once again delivered a speech. This time he was in Kansas; something that he almost forgot. Perhaps if Obama stayed in one place he might remember where he is. Yesterday, was December 7, Pearl Harbor Day. Instead of talking about it and commemorating those who died that day, he had to give a speech about how the wealthy don’t pay enough, America is unfair, and how only he knows best.

The bulk of Obama’s speech was basically chastising the rich for being rich. He claims that he wants to build the shrinking middle class. Except, the middle class is shrinking because the government keeps enacting policies that increase the cost of living and force businesses to cut costs by firing people.

Obama slammed Republicans and Conservatives who believe in Reagan’s trickle down economics theory, and who believe in cutting taxes for everyone who actually pay taxes and in cutting government regulations that hinder economic growth and development. Obama claims that Republicans have no ideas and only hold to what doesn’t work. If Reagan’s tax cuts and deregulation did not work, then why were 1980s a decade of economic growth, a prosperity that continued through most of the 1990’s despite Bill Clinton’s increase in taxes and regulation? Obama claims that the Bush tax cuts led to the recession we are in now. If that is so, then how come unemployment under bus remained under 6% until the last few months of his presidency when the housing market collapsed? Meanwhile, Obama’s policies made unemployment shoot up to 10% and the economy is now stagnated with a 9.1% unemployment. But according to Obama his not so new socialist ideas are working.

Obama rants that Republicans have no new ideas. But He and his fellow Democrats have no new ideas either. IN fact, everything they do is just a throwback to F.D>R.’s New Deal programs. Neither side has new ideas and it doesn’t matter if they do or not. What is important is if they have good ideas that actually work.

Almost every other paragraph in Obama’s speech yesterday was him whining how the wealthy don’t pay their fair share. What is fair about 50% of Americans who pay no taxes but receive government welfare from those that actually pay taxes? That’s fair? Taking money from someone and giving it to someone else to fulfill your ideological sense of fairness is fair? Obama claims that a billionaire only pays 1% of his income in taxes while someone earning 50 grand a year pays more. Let’s do the math? Say a person who earns $1 billion annually pays 1% in taxes. That equal $10 million that goes to Uncle Sam. Now take the guy who earns $50 thousand and pays 38% of his income in taxes. That amounts to $19,000 that goes to Uncle Sam. Despite the differences in the tax rate, who still pays more to the government? If this still seems unfair to some of you, why not get rid of the current tax code that even the IRS cannot make sense of and institute a flat tax, where everyone, regardless of their income level, pays the same tax rate. Let’s say the billionaire in the example above still pays 1% of his income in taxes, but now the guy earning $50,000 also pays only 1%. This means that the he will only pay $500 of his annual earnings to the government.

Interestingly, Obama is pushing an extension of the payroll tax cut. But just a few months ago he proposed increasing taxes. Also, he is pushing the extension of a tax cut, while in the same speech he claims that tax cuts led to the “greatest economic crisis since the Great Depression”.

Another thing Obama falsely claims is regarding the 1920s. Obama claims that deregulation and tax cuts led the disaster of the 1920s. The 1920 were the most prosperous decade in our history because we had presidents who deregulated and cut taxes and then minded their own business. Remember Calvin Coolidge? The reason why the stock market crashed in 1929 was because under President Hoover, the government began meddling in the economy again. Then Obama praised F.D.R. whose polices kept us in the depression. His New Deal programs were so great that while the rest of the world recovered economically the U.S. continued to have double digit unemployment and a stagnant economy.

Obama’s speech was the same speech he’s been giving since he was elected. Basically, according to Obama America is unfair, capitalism doesn’t work, the wealthy are too wealthy and could do with less, the poor just need a government program to make it, and, well, the world’s just not fair. This coming from a guy who is going to spend 17 days in Hawaii for his Christmas vacation. Isn’t this something those wealthy CEOs do?

Once again the liberal media is dictating who will be the GOP Presidential Nominee to ensure that Obama wins. It is obvious that they love Mitt Romney. But since people like Herman Cain and Michelle Bachman proved to be threats to them and the chances of Barack Obama winning re-election, they are trashing them.

Over the weekend Hermain Cain announced that he is no longer seeking the presidential nomination. Because he has chosen not to run anymore, the media has so far won. With all of the baseless accusations of harassment they succeeded in getting rid of Cain. Next they will probably do everything in their power to get Michelle Bachman to cease her bid for the GOP nomination and then they will move on to either Rick Perry or Newt Gingrich.

The media are doing now what they did in 2008. In 2008 they did everything in their power to make certain that John McCain was the GOP nominee. They succeeded. Now they are doing it again by trying to get Romney as the GOP nominee. Why? Because they got away with before so they think they can do it again. Also, the left know that Obama cannot win against a real conservative. That is why they are trying to get rid of the candidates that they view as a threat. Herman Cain was on such threat. Now that he is gone, the left will feel emboldened and will increase their attacks on Bachman and Perry.

Don’t let the left wing media do it again. We do not need another 2008.

Warning: Some footage below is not appropriate for age 17 or below due to nudity.

The media ripped the Tea Party apart, yet praise Occupy Wall Street. Of course, no one within the mainstream media will admit that this is so. They love the protesters on Wall Street, and the sister protests around the country. Why? Because these people are socialist radicals that love big government solutions and hate individual initiative. The protesters hate Capitalism. They hate conservatives. They hate success when it is someone other than them that is successful. They hate Fox News. They hate rich people, unless it is them that are rich. They hate Jews. They basically hate everything but themselves.

They people here are here out of pure jealousy and hatred of those who have more than them. One thing that media refuses to report is the violence at some of these protests and the amount of racism. It is everywhere. Protesters have shouted, “The Jews control Wall street” or “Leave you filthy Jew”. Hundreds of people have been arrested for disturbing the peace. Businesses have been forced to close or cut their hours because the Wall Street protesters are preventing them from receiving customers. Other businesses have been forced to repair their bathrooms because of vandalism by protesters.

Where are the reports on this. Instead of reporting the destruction of property, the people standing around naked, the harmful impact on businesses (many of which are small) and the hatred spewing from these people, instead you get glowing reports. Or reports like these that make the police look bad simply for doing their job.

To the media these protesters are just frustrated at a system that let them down. They are peaceful with people of all ages.

Compare all this to the way the Tea Party was portrayed. There were no reports of businesses being harmed or vandalized, of naked people, violence, or arrests, when the Tea Party held their protest. The media cried racism and bigotry, but could not find any proof of it. They called the Tea Partyers extremists even terrorists. The liberal media harassed Tea Party members as a way of “proving” how racist they were.

The liberal media hates the Tea Party movement because it is against big government solutions. The Tea Party believes in a limited government. When it comes to the two movements think about this: which movement has turned violent and had several arrests made? Which movement has taken over public property turning it into a slum with their tents? Which movement gathered for a day and left, leaving the area clean and neat? During which gathering were the people dressed neatly?

What is wrong with our Justice department? They sued Arizona over their immigration law. Then they sued Alabama. Now they are suing South Carolina over their immigration law. Does anyone else think there is something shady about this? The federal government has no right to file a lawsuit toward individual states. The Obama Administration is is using the courts to force the states in line. Another sign of their corruption.

Here is something they never consider: if the federal government enforced current immigration laws, individual states would not be implementing their own. There is a huge immigration problem in this country with illegals being able to stay here for decades without fear of punishment.

President Obama loves his executive orders. Like most presidents, once in office he has used that power to get what he wants. But, unlike a lot of presidents, Obama has been using to get everything he wants even when Congress turns him down, thus abusing the privilege of executive orders. Just this past week, Obama has made 5 executive orders to get portions of his Jobs Bill through because Congress has yet to even debate it, and many republicans in the House flat out said they will not vote for it. Last week He has issued an executive order to:

1. Force the government to help people with home mortgages that they are unable to pay.

2. Allow callege grads to lower their student loan payments.

3. Limit the time between government research and when a product is available on the market.

4. Allow FDA to eliminate drug shortages by forcing drug companies to produce drugs even if they can’t afford to.

5. To encourage that 8,000 veteran’s be hired at community health centers.

Under Barack Obama, Congress has increasingly become obsolete. When he doesn’t get what he wants, he issues an executive order; or gets a bureaucratic body to give him what he wants. He used executive orders to get portions of the Dream Act through because it stalled in Congress. He used the FCC to get his Net Neutrality because both Congress and the Supreme Court said that the bill was unconstitutional.

Obama is your typical tyrant. If he doesn’t get what he wants, then he throws a fit and uses the power of he office to achieve his goals. This is not the consent of will of the people, but instead is the will of one man. Congress is the legislative body in this country and they are charged with representing the people. Now, true, they have not done a good job, since many within Congress only care for themselves. However, it is still their job to decide what legislation will be passed and put on the president’s desk for a signature. It is not the president’s job to dictate what laws will be enacted and what laws will be ignored.

But Obama and the liberals do not care about the process of law in this country. They want what they want and will achieve it by any means necessary. Obama wants his socialist dream and if Congress won’t go along with it, then he will just issue and executive order to achieve it. This is an abuse of power. It also demonstrates that he cannot be trusted with power. And at this rate, who knows if we will have a country left once Obama is through implementing his policies.

Now the Presbyterian church has decided to accept homosexual ministers. The Gay Rights crowd is overjoyed of course saying that we are now finally becoming an enlightened crowd. How accepting their pervertedness makes us enlightened I will never know. But the thing is there is a fine line between tolerance and plain stupidity. Sometimes tolerance is a bad policy.

Does anyone else think that we are becoming too accepting of homosexuality? There is something wrong with a society that decides to openly accept it and allow it to run rampant in the public arena. Some things belong behind closed doors and all acts of sex should stay there. Newsflash for all you homos out there: no one cares that you are one. Quit trying to force me to accept you weirdness out of some misguided sense that you are victims. Quit telling me to get with the times. And keep your smut out of the classroom and off the TV.

We are told to accept homosexuals because that is who they are. Well, would you accept a murderer because killing people is who he is? Would you accept a rapist because that is who he is? How about a child molester because hurting children is who he is? If you are a homosexual then keep it in the bedroom where it belongs. Don’t flaunt it in public.

There is such a thing as being too tolerant. The more we allow the Gay Rights activists to get what they want, the more that line between right and wrong gets blurred. New York City is a prime example with their Gay Rights parade where people openly walk naked down the street.

Now don’t get me wrong, discriminating against someone who is a Homosexual is wrong, but allowing homosexuality to be openly practiced is also wrong. Certain things should remain behind closed doors. This is one of them.

We have gotten to a point in our society where we think everything is ok. We think that we can do whatever we want because consequences don’t matter. This is not enlightenment. This is stupidity. One day, our overly tolerant society will crumble. And it will be because we taught our kids that the only morality is what they choose.

Republicans are crippling America. At least, that is according to Obama. Once again Obama is out there giving Town Hall meetings and utilizing his ACORN skills to rally people to help him push through his new Jobs Bill. This time he is on the west coast and is basically preaching to the choir. Everyone knows that both the east and west coasts are highly liberal as they are more populous. And his speech making didn’t stop him from participating in a fundraiser.

Once again Obama is back to blaming others for an economy he created. Even though America was slipping towards a recession at the end of Bush’s term, Obama put us in the thick of one and has made certain that we never left it.

What is it about Republican policies that cripple America? Hard to say. Obama never specifies what it is Republicans have done to cripple the economy. (Other than the tired mantra of: tax breaks for the rich.) His big issue with Republicans is that they are saying no to his policies. If that is what is hurting the country, then I’m Mickey Mouse.

Who is really crippling America? Is it the people who wish the government to behave responsibly by cutting spending and reducing that amount of money that is borrowed? Or is it the people that spend wildly, borrow excessively, hike up taxes, play the blame game, and never met a government regulation they didn’t like? It is Obama and his policies that are crippling this country. He has gotten practically everything he wants. And when he can’t get Congress to go along, he just uses his executive power to get it. We have already had at least two bills passed that were supposedly focused on creating jobs. They didn’t work. Another one isn’t going to bring different results, but it will waste money.

Obama claims that his jobs bill will provide tax cuts, unemployment benefits, and public works projects. However, he is going to pay for it by raising taxes. How can you push a bill claiming it provides tax cuts, and then pay for by raising taxes? Doesn’t this seem a bit illogical? Some will say that taxes will only be raised on the rich. This has never happened. Whenever liberals propose making the rich pay their “fair” share, taxes go up for everyone.

Obama knows that he and his party are responsible for crippling America, but he doesn’t care. After all, he belongs to the party that thinks you have to pass a bill to know what’s in it. He is in campaign mode and focused on winning re-election. That means his is on the attack and will do anything to fuel hatred for Republicans. This means that he and the Democrats will blame the GOP and the Tea Party for all their problems. He is also going to participate in class warfare and racial warfare. He needs people pitted against each other because the more conflict there is, the better his chances of winning. Don’t let him succeed.
